CAPEL passed away peacefully at Exeter Hospiscare on the 31st March 2020. Heather Elizabeth, aged 79 years, of Sidmouth. Beloved Wife of the late Keith John Capel. Heather will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Private cremation, so no flowers please.
