KNIGHT JAKE. 25th June 2001- 17th August 2021 (Rest in Peace). It is with heart-breaking sadness that we announce the sudden and tragic Loss of our beautiful Son, Brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. We want to say so many things, we don’t know where to start, we only know that we’ll miss you, from the bottom of our hearts. A Service of Celebration for the Life of Jake will take place in East Devon Crematorium, Whimple, on Thursday 9th September 2021, at 3:15 p.m., No dress code; however yellow or purple can be worn in memory of Jake. Family flowers only please.
