RATCLIFF SYLVIA. Originally of Calcutta, India, now of Sidmouth, Devon, passed away at home on 19th September 2021, aged 84 years. Sister to Isabelle and Philip, Aunt to Alexandra and Philip. The Funeral service will take place in East Devon Crematorium, Whimple, Devon, on Monday 11th October 2021, at 11:30 a.m., Family flowers only please.
