MAYOR COLIN, passed away peacefully at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on Wednesday 27th October 2021 aged 90. Much loved husband of Ann, father of Gary and Lee, grandad to Daniel, Max, Tylah and Marcus. Funeral Service on Thursday 11th November 2021 at the Sidmouth Cemetery Chapel at 1.30pm.
